We will provide all the cleaning tools, chemicals, and labor.

Depending on the size and condition of the house manpower will range a minimum of 2 or more

Duration estimated to be about 4 hours for below 2500 sqft

3-time slots are available daily 9 am to 1 pm, 2 pm to 6 pm & 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm(additional workers will add on for 3hrs job)

Pricing excludes stain removal (defined as a mark/spot on a surface that is difficult to remove (e.g. paint cement) 

Please take note to keep away all valuable items during house cleaning, we will not be responsible for the loss of valuable items

If you are canceling with less than 24hrs before your next booking, you will be charged with a 50% last-minute cancellation fee.
