terms & conditions

  • We will provide all the cleaning tools, chemicals, and labor.

  • Depending on the size and condition of the house manpower will range a minimum of 2 or more

  • Duration estimated to be about 4 hours for below 2500 sqft

  • 3-time slots are available daily 9 am to 1 pm, 2 pm to 6 pm & 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm(additional workers will add on for 3hrs job)

  • Pricing excludes stain removal (defined as a mark/spot on a surface that is difficult to remove (e.g. paint cement) 

  • Please take note to keep away all valuable items during house cleaning, we will not be responsible for the loss of valuable items

  • If you are canceling with less than 24hrs before your next booking, you will be charged with a 50% last-minute cancellation fee.

  • CNY peak period (2 weeks before) additional charge of $50 per job
